Property managers and community operators can now send inquiries from their MHVillage listings directly into BoomCRM. Each inquiry becomes a lead in BoomCRM, tagged to the right community and ready for the leasing team to work.
For manufactured housing communities, MHVillage is often the biggest source of interest in available homes. But when inquiries come in as notifications, someone has to copy each one into the leasing system by hand. On a busy day some wait hours, and some never get entered at all. A prospect who doesn't hear back quickly usually calls the next community on the list.
Setup happens on the Integrations page in BoomCRM. Operators match their MHVillage community IDs to their communities in Boom, either one at a time or in bulk with a CSV upload. After that, every new MHVillage inquiry creates a lead with MHVillage as the source, the prospect's message attached, and the correct community assigned.
From there, the lead moves through BoomCRM like any other. Workflows can assign it to a leasing agent and start follow-up right away. BoomCRM qualifies prospective residents on income, credit, and identity, books tours, and moves qualified prospects into a BoomScreen application. MHVillage leads also appear in BoomCRM's lead source reporting, so operators can see how the channel compares with the rest of their marketing.
