AUSTIN, TX, October 26, 2026. Boom announced that RentalSource is now available as a syndication channel within BoomCRM. Property managers can push their available listings to RentalSource automatically and put their homes in front of more renters without adding another tool to manage.
Key things to know:
- Asset class: single family, multifamily, student housing, and manufactured housing
- Pricing: included free with Boom, no RentalSource listing fees
- Setup: open Settings → Integration → Add integration
RentalSource has connected renters with landlords and property managers since 2004, and it is a member of NARPM, the association for residential property managers. Renters on RentalSource search for houses, apartments, and manufactured homes and contact the listing manager directly.
There are no credentials to enter. Once RentalSource is connected, every available listing goes out on the same feed and settings as Boom's other syndication channels. A checkbox on each unit lets managers hold back any home that shouldn't be listed. Changes to price, photos, or availability made in Boom carry through to RentalSource, so the listing stays current without a second update.

What happens after a renter reaches out is where BoomCRM comes in. BoomCRM brings leasing into one place. Leasing Agent answers calls around the clock, BoomCRM pre-screens prospects on income, credit, and identity, books agent-led or self-guided tours, and moves qualified renters into a BoomScreen application. More reach on RentalSource means more renters entering that process.
"Single family operators win by being everywhere renters look and by answering first when someone reaches out," said Rob Whiting, CEO of Boom. "RentalSource puts our customers' homes in front of more renters, and BoomCRM makes sure every one of those inquiries gets an answer and a path to an application."
RentalSource syndication is available now in BoomCRM. To learn more, visit boompay.app.
